Returns

• Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Process for Returns

2. Shipping: Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please ensure the item is packaged securely.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Inspection: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Refunds
• Approval: Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition or is damaged).

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at yi@septemberhandmadejewelry.com for assistance.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, including photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to replace the damaged item.
